What are some of your favorite roles you’ve played?
“Some of my favorite roles I have played before would be Horton from "Suessical the Musical" I also loved playing Mereb in "Aida." Those would probably be my top 2 if I had to choose they were both so much fun.”
What kind of theatre training do you have?
“I currently go to Five Towns College and I am studying Theatre Arts. I have been acting in shows and musicals since I was about 11. I have taken a few Stage Combat classes as well as a few dance classes at the Broadway Dance Center.”
What does this role mean to you?
“This role means the world to me. This is one of my favorite shows if not my favorite. It taught me a lot about community and growing as a person to be stronger as well more confident in yourself. Benny is a dream role of mine, he is almost an outsider in the community because of his cultural background yet he is incredibly energetic and keeps a good head on his shoulders most of the time. Playing Benny in this production of In the Heights will be an incredible feeling.”
