Did you miss your chance to audition for Peter Pan, Jr at CAP Syossett? Well, don't worry, there's still one more chance to hop a ride to Neverland! We're having one final round of auditions on Saturday, April 2nd at 3pm (callbacks are immediately after). This show is for grades 7 and under, and runs May 28 through June 5th, with rehearsals beginning on April 16th. Bring in 16 bars of sheet music (in the correct key) that best shows off your voice and personality. There is a $395 production fee for those not enrolled in CAPs MTAA program, and a $195 fee for those students newly enrolled as of September 2015. We hope to see you there!

We have some exciting news to share with you!! Adam Pascal (the original Roger in Rent, Radames in Aida, film star, who is currently starring in Disaster on Broadway), is coming to CAP Syosset to do a "Guest Series" Workshop with our students and acting community!!!
The workshop will include Adam speaking of his interest in theater and music, growing up in Syosset and how he got to Broadway. He will be working with approximately ten lucky students ( who will have the opportunity to audition for the chance to be chosen to be worked with by Adam). He will be singing a few songs and then capped with a question and answer section and photo opportunities!!
The date is Monday night April 4th from 7:00-9:30.
Ten hard working and prepared students will get the chance to sing for Adam at the workshop and be nurtured and critiqued by him as in an audition setting . In order to be considered to sing for Adam, you may audition on March 19th at noon at the theater. We will be requiring two sixteen bar contrasting songs, well prepared with sheet music handed to the accompanist at the audition. No accapella auditions will be accepted. We will be choosing various age brackets from 1st grade through college and it will be based on a variety of factors who gets chosen. Factors will include voice quality, presentation and professionalism to name a few. You MUST be registered for the workshop in order to audition. There are no refunds and there are NO guarantees that you will be picked. Whether picked or not, it is sure to be an exciting and wonderful learning experience for all of our acting community!!
Tickets are $50 in advance and $60 at the door unless we are sold out. Limited room so be sure to register for this once in a lifetime event!!!
