We are getting closer to the big summer rep auditions!! For those who do not already know, Rent has been moved back to middle of next year and Dogfight will be the second show of the Summer. Dogfight will be a premiere!!! Breakdowns of the characters from Dogfight and West Side Story are available on the audition page of the Cultural Arts Playhouse. Please be prepared to dance and with 32 bars,two songs, uptempo and ballad. Support live theater!!!
Show dates Dogfight July 11-July27. West Side August 1- August 17.
Auditions will be held May 18th and 19th at 7:30pm at the Plainview CAP Center. Each one runs three weeks with three to four week rehearsal periods. All roles open!!!

CAP Pippin Trip 2013
Each year the CAP Center sponsors a broadway workshop and trip. This Thursday we invade NYC again to see the Tony nominated Aladdin! A broadway workshop with cast members and a fun filled dinner in NYC followed by the performance. Check back on Thursday to follow our adventures!
Dan Domenech plays in the new hit musical HEATHERS!!! Dan has appeared on Broadway – Rock of Ages (Drew). Regional/Tour/Workshops - Excalibur (Arthur), Disney’s Aladdin (Aladdin), Disney’s Tarzan (Tarzan), Wonderland (Knight), Sister Act (Dinero), RENT (Paul). TV/Film – “Glee,” Semi Pro, “Viva Laughlin,” The Oscars, MTV Music/Movie Awards.
